The key for the Parish Hall is available in the church office.
SATURDAY (Set up for Sunday) 1. Make coffee: Use large coffee pot, put in water for 70-75 cups (for summer 50 cups) Use 4 cups of coffee (coffee in refrigerator) (3-3 1I2 C summer) 2. Fill small pot 3/4 full of water for tea 3. Put 70 cups on table in parish hall 4. Put out 12 spoons and two saucers for holding used spoons 5. In upper cabinet left of sink: sugar/sugar substitute, powdered cream, tea bags, and decaf coffee 6. In lower cabinet to right of dishwasher: napkins, paper plates, juice cups (extra supplies are in closet at far end of bathroom by Linda's office) 7. Juice in refrigerator or frozen juice in freezer 8. Use the white plastic tablecloths. You’ll find them hanging in the closet in the back of the library. 9. Donation basket is above microwave. PLACE IN OBVIOUS SPOT NEXT TO COFFEE POT ON TABLE SO IT CAN EASILY BE SEEN. 10. Put all of the above (except juice) on tables - coffee and water will be plugged in by one of the "early" men on Sunday morning
SUNDAY 1. Bring in goodies 2. Fill dishwasher and turn it on 3. Make sure kitchen is clean after coffee hour. Ushers will bring trash cans from the back to the curb. Hostesses will take kitchen garbage out to the cans on the curb. 4. Garbage disposal switch is under the sink on the right side of the cabinet. 5. Sweep crumbs from floor in kitchen and parish hall. 6. Return tables and chairs to where you found them. 7. Put coffee money (labeled) in ECW mailbox
MONDAY Please return on Monday to empty dishwasher so things are ready for the
